Website Rebrand and Rewrite

Company: Central Coast Audio Visual

Challenge: The company was frustrated servicing low-budget, time-consuming, small audio-visual projects. They wanted to rebrand the business to appeal to ultrawealthy homeowners and businesses in the Montecito, Santa Barbara, Ojai, and Malibu areas seeking to integrate SMART home technology into their homes and businesses.

Target Audience: Ultrawealthy homeowners and business managers

Strategy: This was a full site re-write and re-brand. I worked with the business owner and the web builder to design a site appealing to two distinct target audiences (ultrawealthy homeowners and business managers), developing landing pages for each. I created a tone guide to establish a new, upscale tone appealing to high-end clientele. I wrote conversion-focused copy that included several sections to break down client resistance and address key pain points. I promoted the company’s focus on its exceptional expertise and white-glove service.

Website Redesign and Rewrite

Project: Bantwana Division Landing Page

Challenge: The existing website did not reflect the breadth of work of this fast-paced division. They wanted to showcase the depth of their programs in order to win new funding and partnerships, and better position themselves within a niche area of the international non-profit sector for onward funding.

Target Audience: funders, government stakeholders

Strategy: I worked alongside the in-house web services team to expand the landing page to include several new feature elements to better tell the division’s story of impact and reach. This included: a carousel featuring high-profile wins; a Voices from the Field section to reflect the perspective of program beneficiaries; a Three Programs in Focus section featuring impactful programming; and a News section to share timely developments.

Company: World Education, Inc.
